Change the email on your account from Settings, Profile. A confirmation is sent to the new address; the change takes effect once you verify it, so a typo cannot lock you out.

Your profile shows your current sign-in. Sign-in uses a magic link, so there is no password to manage or rotate.

If you belong to a workspace you no longer need, leave it from Settings, Profile. You cannot leave a workspace where you are the sole owner; hand ownership to someone else first, or delete the workspace.

Deleting your account removes your access and personal data. If you solely own a workspace, resolve that first (transfer or delete it), since the workspace and its history cannot be left orphaned. Account deletion is permanent.
