- There is no time-limited trial, because there is a permanently free plan instead. Foundation gives you one monitored site, one audit per month, MCP access, and the full hosted report, with no card required and no expiry. Upgrade to Pro when you need multi-site monitoring, recurring schedules, and report-to-report comparisons. Pro is charged from the first billing period and renews automatically until you cancel.
- An org-scoped API key for the pagereflect package, which runs as both a CLI and an MCP server from one npx command. It is included on every plan, Foundation included. Connect it in Claude Desktop or Claude Code, verify with get_account, then start audits, pull reports, manage sites and schedules, and work the Actions queue (list, update, briefs, handoff) from a model session or your terminal.
- Foundation samples up to 5 pages per run; Pro and Lifetime sample up to 15. Page discovery uses the sitemap first, then a bounded crawl of internal links.
- A single $2,000 payment unlocks every Pro feature and the same usage limits as Pro (10 sites, 50 audits per site each month), for as long as we operate PageReflect commercially. No subscription, no renewals, nothing to cancel. You get all future Pro updates. If we ever discontinue the product, the Terms require 90 days' notice, and you can export your reports before then.
- Audits stop at your plan's quota by default. Pro and Lifetime workspaces can enable pay-as-you-go audits in Settings, Billing: audits beyond the quota keep running and bill $5 each at the end of the month, metered on completed audits only. It is a separate opt-in subscription you can cancel anytime, and scheduled re-audits never spill into pay-as-you-go, so a schedule cannot run up a surprise bill.
- Yes. Cancel, upgrade, downgrade, or update payment from the Stripe Customer Portal, reachable in Settings, Billing. There is no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep paid access through the period you already paid for. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to cancel.
