Final wording is pending counsel review. The substance below is accurate but the exact legal language will be adjusted before general availability.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using PageReflect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is not retroactive.

Usage that exceeds your plan's documented quotas may result in throttling or additional charges. We will notify you in-app before applying additional charges.

Acceptable use

You may use PageReflect only on websites you own or have written permission to audit. You may not use the service to attempt unauthorized access to any system, bypass anti-bot mechanisms, evade CAPTCHA, or conduct any scan that violates applicable law.

We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are engaged in prohibited use without prior notice.

Your data

You own the content you submit (URLs, settings, members). We process audit artifacts (screenshots, Lighthouse runs, AI reasoning traces) solely to provide the service. Retention defaults follow the published schedule and may be extended or shortened on Enterprise plans.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these terms or for prolonged non-payment. On termination, we will provide a reasonable period to export your data.

Disclaimers and limits

PageReflect is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
